"The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or take my child to the Brick room( main buffet restaurant) which is highly unacceptable.They definitely need to rectify this."

"The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the prices were reasonable. There is also a “crème-borne” ice cream parlor in the lobby, and they have the best black currant ice cream I’ve had. "I want to begin this review by saying i was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. Special thanks must be given to Sylvester because his professionalism and indepth explanation is what ultimately led to me book my stay at the Taj. I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video.
