"I loved the quaint room with the decor. I like that it had a separate bedroom from the living area and kitchen. The room needs a good cleaning, especially the bathroom. The caulk around the toilet and I front of shower looked really bad. The material couch was dirty as was the material on the seats of the chairs in the breakfast area around the table. Leather or faux leather couches would be much better. The pull out couch bed had a broken hinge which made it lopsided so my son couldn’t sleep on it either night. He had to just lie in the dirty couch with no sheets. I loved being on the ground floor because both my husband and I have a hard time going up stairs."

"We had a very nice stay at Tranquility Bay. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the beach and pool areas are perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for a family getaway. However, I do think Villa 35 needs some attention. The furniture and carpet were clean, but they had several visible stains that made the villa look worn and did not give the best impression. Also, the remote control for the living room TV felt sticky and should have been cleaned or replaced before our arrival. These details did not ruin our stay, but for a resort of this level, I would expect the interior of the villa and frequently touched items to be in better condition. With some updates and a little more attention to these details, the experience would be even better."
