"I am disappointed with the staff who checked me in. I had paid my stay through Expedia. To my surprise hotel staff charged by card for the one night stay. Next day I brought to there attention. I was told by another staff that it was a mistake and they have reversed the charges back to my account. It has been 4 days now and I have not seen that credit in account."

"VERY clean room. Very Comfortable beds. Hosts could not have been nice or more welcoming or helpful. It pays to stay in a privately owned hotel with owners living and running the hotel themselves! would recommend to EVERYONE!!! not to mention it was soooo inexpensive compared to all other area hotels. i would give it a 10++++++"

"Every time we visit the mountains we are looking for scenic views and bonus points for the sounds of the water rushing by. We couldn’t have chosen a more picturesque place to stay a night. We were enchanted by the riverside, individual rustic cabin. The ambiance was quaint with potted flowers, ambient lighting and several opportunities to sit and enjoy the sound of the Rio Grande. You could fish, enjoy the sights or even take a soak in the hot tub. We chose to sit and enjoy the sounds of the river, the sunset, and the ambling bears wrestling in the yard across the way. 10/10 would absolutely stay if we are in the area again. Thank you for a memorable anniversary experience!"

"Beautiful property! But the older section pools need painting. Newer adult section was fantastic. Nice assortment of classes, free "mud" bath and dry sauna. I thought the massages and facials were too expensive--$200 and up. Snacks in the lobby market were also very expensive. Staff was terrific! Very clean property. I'd appreciate more vegan food options."
