45 Star Stay in Big Lake.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Questions were answered quickly and agreeably. Requests were responded to with alacrity. Comfortable and clean room. Will use best Western again. 😊

Price of rooms went up 75% for the holiday. Were it not a family outing I would have stayed elsewhere. Rooms were still available.

An ok place to stay
The room was comfortable. A little weird that there were only 2 pillows on a king. The only options for breakfast for non pork eaters are carbs and sugar. The front desk charged me even though i had already paid but hotels.com fixed it.

Hot Breakfast During Covid
Clean and comfortable. I appreciated the hot breakfast burritos when most other hotels just put a danish in a bag.

This is a great hotel. Employees are super nice and place is very comfortable. We would definitely stay here next time we are passing through.

Only thing i did not like was that the blinds do not close and the truck stop lights were shining in the window all night but other then that it is a very nice hotel

The room blinds do shut to the lights outside, seems a little tricky sometimes, there's three sets so you have to pull the stick to close it.
