"Room was clean & Staff was friendly/helpful. Beds were comfy for a short period of time but overnight woke up sore and pillows are too thick/hard. The pool and hot tub were closed down for renovations and sound like they have been for quite some time. Carpets throughout the building were dated. We stayed in room 228 and all we could hear between 5:30-10 AM was door slamming below us (poorly insulated walls, and what we believe to be an exit door through the stairwell); not nice to be woken up early both nights that we stayed. Price was okay, but would have been nice to at least have continental breakfast"
"There is still no restaurant or food services of any kind. No uber eats or skip the dishes available either. So starving is a distinct possibility if you cant go out for any reason.
The service, room and hotel are otherwise very clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed and great."
"Rooms were great. Attention to detail was above and beyond (ground coffee, instant, pods and tea available, with various sweeteners and cream/coffeemate). Great for that first cuppa in the morning. Really appreciated the oatmeal too! Nicole was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!!!"
