"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. When I got in the shower and was soaking wet I discovered there was no shampoo or shower gel in either dispenser. That was very frustrating. Everything else about our stay was fine."

"The room was okay, decent. The space was good enough for a family of 3. The room was clean but not super clean. The hallway was old and a little dirty. I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5."

"I would give this hotel an average rating. Only one elevator was working, and it was very slow. The room had a stale smell, mixed with cigarette odor, which was quite unpleasant. I also noticed a few stray hairs here and there, which affected the overall cleanliness impression. The hallways smelled like lavender, which was nice, but unfortunately the rooms had an unpleasant musty odor. On the positive side, the breakfast was actually very good, and I appreciated having 24-hour access to coffee and tea. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the gym, which made the stay better for our family. Overall, I think a mid-range rating is fair."
