The room was clean, fresh, and had everything we needed. Michela was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit. "This is the only high end hotel in the area. Beautiful building at the end of a long driveway through the hotel grounds. A lot of art in the hallways and the rooms have country feel to them. Restaurant is also really good. "

"I had a comfortable stay at the Best Western Premier CHC Airport. The property itself was excellent – very clean, well-maintained, and with great facilities. The location was convenient, quiet, and offered easy parking, which I really appreciated.
That said, the biggest downside was the staff and service. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which took away from what could have been an excellent overall experience. A warmer, more attentive approach from the team would make a big difference for future guests."
