Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I was told the owner showed up and moved us to a different home when I questioned the address.(which was at about 8pm the knight of check in) I paid for a home for my kids to be able to walk to the ski lift and for me not to drive them. Instead I was moved about 10-15 min drive distance. I was not charged the cleaning fee and feel it was not sufficient. I specifictly paid for the location and was not given an apology.
