The coffee make was dirty and also had water in it with stuff floating around. The hair dryer had dirty lint in it impossible to remove with towel. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The height and medium firmness of the pillows were very good for my neck. The mattress had the Goldilocks "just right" ...
