Hotel President, Bielsko-Biala

The hotel is set in a central position in the town. The staff are vey helpful and well trained, their level of English could be better. The hotel has been restored to a high level and because it is an old building there is little noise at night. The WiFi could be better but there is a laptop for your use. No coffee machine in my room but some in others, the tv has no English programes except for sky sport. Will stay there again.
