Arrived late, after we sorted the after hours check in we went to our rooms, one room was fine however one room was visibly dirty and not prepared - even the toilet was used and not flushed, towels thrown on the floor, bed slept in - not good !!! We did however manage to track down a member of staff, she arranged another alternative room which was clean.

The hotel is well placed so it's 1 minute off of the main highway into Barcelona, and into Spain from Europe/Eurotunnel coming from UK into Spain. So that was good if you want to enter and exit quickly the next morning. We were very unhappy to find the hotel extremely warm inside, and to enter our room to find the air conditioning promised, not working in the whole hotel, after letting the receptionist know, she said OK, and then never said anything again until we had to mention it again a few hours later. She then went on to tell us, that if they wanted to turn the air conditioning on they would have to turn the heat off in the whole hotel.. this was beginning of June in the south of France.. We quickly asked for a refund as we only decided to stay here for the comfort of air conditioning. Which they refused until we really had to argue with them. I do not recommend.

Hôtel pour business mais pas en famille

Check in via un écran, certains peuvent ne pas apprécier mais cela reste très pratique. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est propre mais la propreté reste le minimum vital pour une hôtel. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse, la cabine de douche au contraire est minuscule. Une vraie galère avec un enfant. Le petit déjeuner est passable, peu de choix et la salle est assez petite.

Hôtel très bien situé et pratique. A 7 mn en voiture du centre-ville de Pezenas. Grand parking. Très bon restaurant juste à côté de l'hôtel. Chambre confortable. Bonne literie. Personnel sympathique. Petit bémol pour le petit-déjeuner qui est assez moyen par rapport à d'autres B&B.

De la poussière dans la chambre et la salle de bains. Les VMC dans un état déplorable. Le joint du pommeau de douche cassé. Des voisins bruyants toute la nuit avec l'eau de la douche qui coulait 3h de suite en pleine nuit. Très mauvaise insonorisation. Un bon accueil à la réception. Des lits assez grands.

Très déçus : Nous sommes arrivés à 21 h devant le portail, mais pas possible de rentrer sans réserver auparavant ! Ce que nous avons fait ( toujours devant le portail !) Pas de code pour ouvrir celui-ci, et pas de sonnerie pour appeler quelqu’un ! Nous avons composé le numéro de téléphone, mais sans réponse à plusieurs reprises ! «  personnel se repose «  Bref , après 1/2 heure d’attente, nous avons réussi à rentrer , mais même devant la porte du bâtiment, nous n’étions pas encore au bout de nos peines ! Bref : pas contents du tout !!!

BB hôtel au Top. Site Hôtel.com, peut mieux faire.

L'hôtel en lui même était très bien. Par contre, j'avais payé les chambres sur le site Hôtel.com, mais j'ai dû repayer les chambres pour accéder à l'hôtel. Heureusement, l'employé présent le lendemain matin a pu effectuer les remboursements.
