"Very clean, lots of guests milling about"

"Hotel was overbooked and we were left with no options. Front desk clerk was not helpful and rude. There were signs that "no refunds would be given", hotel refused to give us our money back. We had to open a case with hotels.com to initiate a refund. Hotel even tried to lie and claimed we did not show up for our reservation. Will never stay there again."

"Well, I guess you get what you pay for. This place was filthy and poorly maintained. But, they had availability and I needed a place to crash, so I'm grateful for that, but it's certainly not America's Best."

"Amazing staff! Looks after guest needs better than any others we've seen! The room was made up perfectly. Breakfast had a wide selection and was good. Our departure was delayed by tornado threats, and the manager personally took us to the train station because foot travel was impossible. "
