"An Exceptional Team - I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this hotel! We were there during the storm and unexpectedly had to extend our stay for additional days because our Amtrak Auto Train was canceled. What could have been an extremely stressful and difficult experience turned into a much more comfortable and pleasant stay, thanks to the outstanding staff and their genuine care and professionalism. A special thank-you to General Manager, and Assistant General Manager, for their exceptional leadership, kindness, and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were accommodated and well taken care of. Their compassion made a difference. I also want to recognize the housekeeping staff and the wonderful team members working at the front desk. Every interaction reflected a spirit of teamwork and a genuine desire to help. It was clear that everyone worked together to welcomed and care for all guests."

"We had a great time. The location was awesome, and the room was great (maybe it needs a little update), but it was certainly worth the stay. We will be back for sure. Also, the front desk (I think his name was Josh), was very helpful with our room and I was very grateful for his assistance."

"We checked in after dark, and we had had a lot of rain, but the condo was kind of musty inside, needs a dehumidifier. There was a little mold growing on the wall above the French doors inside the primary bedroom. Some of the faucets leak and the microwave didn't work. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and the sheets were clean and soft. The kitchen was stocked ok to cook small meals and to eat. The A/C struggled to keep it cool during the day, we had it down to 72 and Saturday during the day light hours it didn't get below 76 until the sun went down. It was a very convenient location. Overall, I would stay again even with the little things we found off."

"If you want a relaxing vacation where once you check in and not have to worry about anything then this is the place for you. The grounds were beautiful. The staff is extremely nice and considerate and helpful. The room was beyond what we were expecting with the cleanliness and how spacious it was. We enjoyed the trip so much that we are already planning another one! Thank you Hammock Beach for an awesome vacation!"
