"The pool was empty and they had not let me know and I had a little one that was looking forward to it!"

"The room smelled very bad and stale. The carpet was stained and ripped. The mirrors were very dirty and the tiles were all broken around the jetted tub. The pool was out of order, with no water in it, and it wasn't reported at check in or when reservations were made. We ended up checking out before bedtime and drove home."
