Very safe feeling. Updated. Still working on property. Laundry available but washer was full of white hair. No one vacuumed none of the three days we were there. Elevator just got grosser everyday. Put tag for room services on door. Never done. Just picky things but staffing was great !! Don't understand when they clean.

Travelled with a family member and was very happy to find a place near to other family who live in the area. Hotel is clean, bright, modernized. They are about to open a full kitchen adjacent to the very acceptable continental breakfast area which is presently available. Only issue is the creaky floors but they are not more than a bit of a distraction.

I did not like how there was no heat in the basement going to the pool. And when you go to the pool it’s nice and warm in there. The change in temperatures got my family sick.also how is the arcade no accept card and cash only but no atms in the hotel.

Dead fly in my room, Parking lot wasn’t salted and a sheet of ice. I ask that they not give me a handicap room and that’s what they gave me. Short toilet, tight shower and hand bars all over the place.

My family arrived at the hotel late expecting our room to be ready as it was well after check in. We walked into a dirty room with rotting banana peels and unmade beds. When we went back to the lobby to let them know it took another half hour of us waiting in the lobby with all of our belongings while they “figured out” the room situation. Once we finally were in a different room the sheets were dirty but my kids were exhausted and needed to sleep. This hotel is poorly managed and customer service is terrible.

The hotel could have been great, but it was under construction so the whole lobby area was full of dust and noise. In the room, we had a jacuzzi that didn’t work, the shower looked nice but was broken on the top of it. There was not shower curtain so everything got wet. The room was hot and cold and we could figure out how to get it comfortable.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was durring covid. The rooms are nice sized and clean/updated. No complaints there. However, they now advertised hot breakfast... which is more like a continental breakfast with just a toaster for bagels/bread. The pool was heated, and well kept. A few other random things in the lobby seemed like they should have been better kept up. An example of this is the little fire decor in the lobby, one was not working and instead of it being off, or fixed, they clearly put candles in it instead. We did have an issue with our tv, the cable was not working at first. So, in the morning when we went to turn it on for our children, in hopes to rest a little longer, we were unable to. Overall, a nice place, but for the price paid, there were a few thing that seemed subpar.

Nice stay, really friendly & helpful staff! Pool and arcade were awesome with kids, especially while too cold to be outside. Some arcade games were out of order and would be great if the steam/sauna rooms were working. Spacious, clean room. Lack of carpets made for lots of movement noise from room above (which was only an issue because those guests apparently didn't sleep!). Overall would stay here again - and request a room on the top floor!

We received a courtesy call to check in with us to see if we were planning to arrive after hours. If so, everything we would need would have been set aside for us. The place looks great, breakfast in the morning. The only downside was limited parking in the main lot because stupid people don't know how to park within painted lines. There was a lower lot that was easily accessible.

Place to lay your head..
After spending all day out in the cold was looking forward to using the spa. Found out there was no hot tub like seen in photos, and the sauna was out of order. Mildly heated pool. Rooms are spacious but dirty. Wall paper being held on the wall with tape, tiles and grout popping up in the bathroom, and dirt all over the floor. (We take our shoes off at the door. ) breakfast was not what was expected either, frozen bagles, bread and cereals, instant coffee in a machine like Cappuccino. It was a place to sleep but next time ill book elsewhere.

Pros- comfy beds, clean & spacious rooms, game room, and nice staff. Cons - the indoor heated pool was broken, they were waiting on a part. You could swim in very cold water as it was still open. My kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was very simple, no hot food, but still nice. The outdoor fireplace was closed up. After my kids brief dip in the pool, I wanted them to take a bath. The water was brown when I filled up the tub. Gross. There is a great brewery just down the street. Use your GPS to find this hotel, there is not a sign on the street.

It’s a nice modern structure, the continental breakfast was good, stuff was nice, the pool wasn’t heated, it was freezing, kids got upset because couldn’t stay in the freezing water. Also the bed was dirty, it was sand and hair in the sheets, they didn’t have housekeeping after 5. The sauna wasn’t working, the arcade machines only had 2 working.

This was done with good taste. The rooms are modern and spacious and clean. The entry into the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. I wished they had hot food like eggs and bacon and stuff. Would make it even better. The pool, spa and sauna were all not working and they had no idea when it would be fixed. I want to go back during vacation with my 4 kids but they will have to have those things all working.
