"Upon checking in the hotel was positively disgusting. Dog hair and mascara on the “clean” bed. Red stains in the tub and the entire place reeks of cigarettes. They refused to refund us for our stay so did Expedia. Will never use Expedia or Sonesta ever again. "

Rooms are dated and elevator seemed to make a loud noise when you hit the ground floor. Sounded like it was not working properly. Staff was friendly but when checking in I asked the gentleman who appeared to be new to enter my Hilton Honors Points. He forgot too busy mentioning how the system to check in has changed."
