"The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"

"We had a beautiful room away from the town but yet only 10 min by Tuk Tuk. It’s located in the forest with wonderful vibrant ponds with beautiful flowers. The room we had was beautiful and with a jacuzzi. The staff are amazing and friendly. Very helpful in every way. I strongly recommend this spot!"
