Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel
Air conditioning went out in our room then the TV wouldn’t connect to cable it was just a blank screen then the toilet wouldn’t flush due to the chain breaking inside the toilet bowl. The maintenance staff did try to fix the air conditioner but nothing worked.

Riverside Hotel & Conference Center
Worst hotel stay ever. It took forever for the woman to check us in.No Wi-Fi. No heat in our room. Dirty room. Construction everywhere. No one would answer the phone at the front desk. I would never stay there again.
