Charming property with well-maintained architectural features situated in a convenient location. Had a top floor room facing 10th Ave and the windows did a good job of muting some of the street traffic noise. We found ourselves within walking distance to solid food options and a quick car ride to downtown or brooklyn. Very welcoming staff. Only gripe is that the lobby coffee bar ought to expand its hours of operation. Will definitely return.

The room has everything you need, the staff were great and we really appreciated the hot water bottles in the evenings as it was very cold.
