"Very nice and interesting hotel, a little slice of France. My only issue is check in. We arrived at 2:50 and the place was basically locked. And there were 4 groups waiting. At 3:00 someone arrived, but it took ages for that one (very nice) check-in person to go through everything and get people heading to their rooms. Inefficient."

"Wonderful place. Only negative comments: the bathroom sliding door is extremely heavy and the small bar of soap for the bathroom sink gets very sticky. After the first use it clings to the tray so fiercely it’s hard to use. A liquid soap dispenser is sorely needed. They have a lotion dispenser by the sink but not a soap one. "

"The downtown location was ideal, with walkable access to restaurants and stores. The retention of the historic character of the building was lovely and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, because of the location along the main drag, parking can be a hassle and traffic noise, especially on a Saturday night, was annoyingly loud. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable."
