Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz
The first room had a smell of drains which was present throughout the outside corridor. They agreed to change the room, which returned me to happiness. Staff were good in general, although they didn’t supply or resupply the tea/coffee facilities well at all.

I reported to the front desk that someone came into my room when I was not there and stole money out of my room. The front desk staff was not willing to do anything and said they would let their manager know and try to check cameras. They never got back to me. It made me feel very unsafe at this ...
