Well, I seriously have nothing negative to say about this place. So convenient, such fun, so friendly, made our stay so easy, great people staff and visitors. Rooms top notch and spotless. Watch out for the panther milk though, it is seriously yummy and potentially dangerous!

Very clean. Very helpful staff. Great shared facilities. Very affordable. Only thing is there are no points to directly charge with a usb cable, but staff happily offered a charger. Great experience overall.

Lovely clean and well decorated Hotel. Very cost effective. I can see why this hotel has been voted as the best hostel to stay in Berlin, it is clear to see you get a lot for your money. This has been topped off by the wonderful and welcoming hospitality you get at Reception and during the stay which is 2nd to none. Very central and easy access to Berlin city, clean throughout and exceptionally good individual bathrooms/showers.

Great staff and amenities, with nice dorm room and good toilet/bathroom facilities.

Being on the fourth floor I was surprised by the large open windows only three feet from the floor if anyone was to stumble or young people playing around it would be easy to fall to certain death also in the shower rooms. Perhaps an additional grating to be inserted on the window sill.

I hadn't stayed in a dorm for years, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy and comfortable it was. I was placed with other women and there was lots of room, with lockers each. The bedding was very nice and each bunk has its own little light, power point for phone charging and a small shelf. Bring your own lock, though I expect you can rent one. Location was the best thing. Right in the centre, next to the New Synagogue, it’s within walking distance (about 10-minute walk) to anything in Berlin Centre, such as Alexanderplatz or Reichstag. It was a nice and calm place. The staff there were really friendly, always helping you in case of needing it. Very simple but clean room, just the basics without the faff of normal hotels. All very well designed. Staff were great and the atmosphere was fun. Most importantly the location is in a very cool area with loads of bars and restaurants and very close to the S Bahn which takes you anywhere else you'd like to go. Would definitely book again!

There is a great vibe here, with relays of teenagers and twenty-somethings visiting in groups, alongside older generation singles, couples, and families. Not having TV was a benefit, not a loss.

Great hostel but kitchen wasn’t open which I wasn’t aware of before arrival

Has everything you need, bed, wardrobe and clean shower and toilets. Well worth the price - only downside is it's a bit far from transport and central Berlin.

The location was very good. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, it wasn't a loud hostel to stay in.
