"a friendly greeting and intro, a clean room tastefully and artistically out-of-the-box decor using economic resources uniquely - and well designed function. Appreciated that bikes were free to use with signing for responsibility. Location was close to water - though no view. Breakfast was simple but prepared to your order and was enjoyable. Parkjng was very close - just outside the courtyard door and free - side street with little traffic. "
