"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. The bathroom itself was fine, but the amenities were disappointing. Although they were technically new and unopened, they looked as if they had been handled by many people before. It seemed the cleaner hadn’t replaced them in a long time, which gave the hotel a cheap impression. The kitchen closed at 10:00 pm, and when I arrived at 10:15 pm, there was no option to eat at the hotel. Instead, the staff suggested I download a delivery app and order food myself. In Spain, where late dining is common, this was quite surprising and inconvenient."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, even though i didn't speak Spanish the lady on the front desk spoke English. I arrived quite early and a room was available for me. It was very clean with a large hot shower and a comfortable bed. I only stayed for 1 night checked out the following morning, they kept my case for me as i was off sightseeing. Overall, a very clean and comfortable hotel. Many thanks "
