"We stayed for two nights. The hotel’s photos are misleading they show a newer lakeside property that is actually a different section not included in our booking. For a 4-star hotel, the room was very basic: no fridge or kettle, and the furniture felt old and cheap. While the room was clean and breakfast was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. Access from the parking is also inconvenient, with multiple doors and stairs, making it difficult with luggage. Overall, it felt like the expectations set by the photos were much higher than the reality."

"The staff were incredible and very friendly. From the time we checked in we realized this is a very special hotel. The room was beautiful and the largest we had during our stay in Germany and Austria, with a very reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and offered many choices. This would be a great option for a longer stay as it was a relaxing environment and beautiful property outside."

"Got the most expensive room. They only had it available for 2 nights. Room was very dirty. We decided to stay one more night in a different room. We stayed in the room with balcony ( they only have one with balcony). Awesome room. Very clean. Big bathroom. Big room. Next time will stay longer and stay in that room. Hotel is awesome. City is awesome. Can’t wait to come there again. "

"The hotel is perfectly located on bus line 1 and 10 for connections to the city , train station and airport . All are within 15 mins of the hotel . The hotel is friendly , simply furnished and provides a very good buffet breakfast in a cosy dining area . Salzburg city gives a travel pass to hotel guests for the duration of your stay . "

"Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever."
