We had asked for two twin beds. The room did not have that. luckily your staff was able to find us a room with two twin beds at Scandic Torget and we moved there.

Easy walk from Bergen ferry. Rooms are small But clean. Good breakfast. We had a small balcony but it was littered with cigarette butts. Close to many restaurants. Only stayed the one night.

This hotel is housed in three different buildings, one of them of better quality than the other two. The one across the street had a foul smell in the hallway as well as in the room . It needs a total renovation. The other building adjacent (same side of the street) was cleaner with slightly more modern furniture. Problems with the heating. Very annoying elevator noise throughout the night. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on and I travel often! The reception area and lounge was especially cozy with a nice wine selection.

Very nice area. Nice hotel. Wonderful breakfast. The only bad thing was the bathtub/shower. The high sided tub had a rounded bottom and no real grab-bars making it very difficult to get in or out of without slipping and falling. The tub and shower was clean but very dangerous. This hotel is not recommended for this reason alone.

Great location, 10mins walk to Byparken where you get the Bergen light rail that takes you to and from the airport. 20mins from mount floyen, the Aquarium, the science centre/museum. Breakfast selection is good with a great choice of foods both hot: egg, sausage, waffles etc and cold: yogurt, cereals, granola and seeds/nuts, breads and pastries, many fruits and drinks choices, vegan choices. The rooms are well presented and cosy. Has everything you need and if it doesn’t (we didn’t have a kettle but received one as soon as we asked) items get delivered. We also had a cot provided for us as our youngest was too small for the beds. Only issue was we had a double bed but with 2 single sheets which wasn’t the most comfortable as they came off and got tangled up. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the professional women’s football team of Olympique Lyonnais stayed when we were there, if it’s good enough for them… I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Bergen. If you want a good hotel in a great location you can’t go wrong!

The place is run down in the room areas. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had sharp edges that were quite dangerous. The room was too hot and there were no controls to cool it down. The breakfast was amazing and the little gym was great

A good hotel in a great location for Hurtigruten
Room was a bit dated, but well maintained and clean. Easy walk, even with bags in tow, to the Hurtigruten terminal, and to central Bergen. Nice reception lounge area and typically generous Norwegian breakfast (free).

Requested a room for partially disabled partner and got an excellent room. Easy walking distance to city centre - found Opera Cafe/Restaurant nearby as good drop in. Room temperature controlled by booking in desk - weird! Increased temperature of bedroom for us but no difference seen!

Good location near to "downtown" attractions. Excellent full buffet breakfast. Coffee machines in lobbies a good service. The main building the best for room quality etc. Provides good taxi service when booked by hotel using their rates.

I stayed for 5 nights. Very good modern facilities, although I only speak for the side of the hotel that I stayed in. The other half apparently is on the other side directly facing. The one I was in was very modern and clean, the lobby was large as was the breakfast and dining area. Each morning, I was able to get a table and seat with a variety of breakfast options. The room was large and clean on the third floor. It was roadside facing, so on Friday and Saturday nights you can hear noise outside from late night revellers walking home (outside noise wasn't an issue during the week). That was the only real downside to my experience, so I would recommend taking some earplugs with you, or otherwise ask for a different room. Overall would stay again, very close to all attractions (10 mins away walking).
