This is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The customer service was excellent, especially considering we arrived near midnight. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The gym, although I did not use it, looked amazing. A short walk from the airport. But, above all, the breakfast was literally INCREDIBLE!! I have never seen anything like it. They literally had every single food you could imagine, and it was all delicious! Pre-made oats, eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, bagel, yogurt with all kinds of toppings, et cetera. And, maybe the best part of all, the breakfast was INCLUDED in the cost of the room! Totally amazing!! I will call myself lucky if I ever get to stay here again! Other hotels take note!

Good location, outdoor walk to asirport terminal OK in good weather. Hamburger and ceasar salad were terrible, overdressed, gooyeand just plain crap. Should have snet them back. Breakfast ast 500AM was good.

Self service checking desk procedure = frustrating! Why do you have to enter your country of origin three times! Food quality was ‘unforgettable’ - signature burger; I asked for it to be ‘well done’. It was not. Both it, and the chips ‘could have been warmer’.

Hotel is nice and clean, obviously very close to the airport. The parking is super expensive though. Nothing close by if you don't have a car.

A wonderful stay at this property. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was advised to us, at check-in that we were to be provided with Expedia upgrade and this was very welcome. Room was very comfortable and bedding was excellent. Breakfast provided was first class, an additional evening meal was also of good quality and adequate. Hotel is in a wonderful area and very easy to access tourist attraction and transport.

Great breakfast. Rooms very nice - liked that they were not carpeted. Very convenient to the Airport - you could even bring the Airport trolley to your room. Also good to have luggage storage. Only suggestion would be more English languages TV channels and breakfast until 10Only sughestion

Overall it is a good hotel right across from the airport with updated and clean rooms. My only complaint was that they do not have laundry facilities despite it stating on hotels.com that laundry facilities were available. This unexpectedly made our trip more logistically complicated. Hotels.com needs to update their website.
