"POSITIVE : the location was good because we had a car, including the secure parking garage. The hotel email telling us the address of the car park wait area was good to receive, BUT to not mention the massive amount of road works getting to it was a major problem. The road works was due to Kermis which I’m sure every citizen knows about. The hotel should have told us to make sure our GPS was able to pick up road works, or at least told us to avoid inner city streets. Instead of 10 minutes...

"Friendly staff very accommodating. Great location convenient to public transportation. Comfortable stay. Self serve laundry facility only had 2 sets of washer/dryers, no detergents dispensers available (must bring own). Always fully used, since hotel also house government sponsored long-term stay families with children (like public housing). "
