"Really nice. Nice staff. Very friendly. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely breakfast pack - was just right!! Only problem was the toilet seat was cracked! And no tea or coffee - though there as a kettle. Minor things - and i will come and stay again."

"Overall pleasing. The drainage system for the basin in room 16 and the shower closest to room 16 are very slow. They need attention. The staff in the breakfast area are very friendly and offer good service. Book out procedures need to be explained at the check-in time."
