We really enjoyed our trip to Berck and whilst the stay in Dormio was lovely we do have some suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the toilets for no sink, hence we had to go to the bathroom to wash our hands. Not great for hygiene! Second, the place could have been cleaner. The carpet looked worn and the floor needed a good mop. Finally, we had expected to be able to do our laundry, as we discovered this was not an option. All in all the stay was comfortable, rooms spacious and surrounding areas lovely! The kids loved the pool, and all in all really enjoyed our holiday in this part of France. If the resort could be improved a little, then it would be awesome!

Très bon séjour pour échapper à la canicule parisienne. Pas besoin de clim grand bleu proche de la mer. Les logements sont très modernes plein de prises de courant. Wifi. Tv avec de nombreuses chaînes. Grande salle de bain. Lit très confortable. Notre chien a apprécié la terasse fermée vitrée qui lui permettait de surveiller. Maison marne une grande baie vitrée permet de circuler. La visite d un hérisson le soir signe d' un bon environnement. Une petite épicerie pour dépanner. Une piscine. Personnel souriant. A bientôt.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits en compagnie de notre chien Tout était très bien : propre, récent et calme Seule remarque : il serait bon de revoir la robinetterie et de mettre des mitigeurs de meilleure qualité : difficile de régler entre très chaud et froid / difficile d'activer la douche dans la baignoire

Sejour confortable mais attention addition salée

Séjour en famille très agréable. Appartement très confortable et propre. Manquerait quelques assiettes pour un séjour de 6 personnes, un porte manteau, un plat pour cuire au four, une essoreuse salade, des pastilles lave vaisselle adaptées avec du sel, tampon jex pour pouvoir nettoyer les casseroles. Lors de la réservation nous n'avons été avisés que le séjour coûterait 166€ + 174€. Le montant des frais de service hôtel ne sont précisés nulle part. Cela est inadmissible de la part d'hotel.com . Nous pensions payer un total de 182,01€ mais pas du tout notre séjour fut de 340€.

Excellent séjour au Dormio Maison très belle, récente et fonctionnelle Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Stationnement sur place et accessibilité de tous les sites à 20 min à pied ou quelques minutes en voiture (plages et commerces) Merci pour votre agilité sur check in et out!

Holiday disappointment

On arrival to Dormio resort we were shocked to see that our house was opposite a building site and also the rear of the property. This was not mentioned on booking. The images shown on the web site were nothing like we saw. The house itself was very clean, but to be charged 80euros for the house to be cleaned on leaving is a complete rip off. We were told that we had to put our own duvet covers on and on leaving, strip the beds, take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen. Just wondering what 80 euros warranted. The area is completely run down, and neglected. The only nice part were the beaches. The lady on arrival was very friendly, and helpful. I would not recommend this area to friends or family and will not be returning.

séjour réussi

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans une belle maison bien équipée, au calme, grand jardin. La gérante est très dévouée, et fait de son mieux pour nous aider à passer un agréable séjour. Le temps était venteux, mais ensoleillé, le seul endroit en France en janvier où il ne pleuvait pas :).
