Amazing staff
"The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. ..."

If this was an upgrade, then I am a blindman
"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. ..."
