The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel. The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property. This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

I stayed at the Hyperion during a last minute trip to Salzburg. The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazingly attentive. It is in a brilliant location- across the road from Mirabell palace and gardens and approximately a 10 minute stroll through the gardens and over the footbridge to reach the old town. This is such a wonderful place! Everything about the property is faultless, the location is perfect to enjoy nature and relax, the food is incredible and the staff could not be more courteous and helpful! Definitely have to return!

Our room was very clean no comfortable with many unexpected little extras. Tee and coffee supplied daily, CD and radio provided, bath robes and slippers, everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a big balcony with the most wonderful view of the mountains, it was delightful to sit out in the evening watching the sun go down behind the mountains. The food was good and plentiful, and drinks were reasonably priced. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Excellent hotel with a warm atmosphere. You can really feel that this is a hotel run by a family who are passionate in what they do. The room was very clean, it’s in a great location and the staff went above and beyond to help us. In fact, we have found all Austrians to be incredibly hospitable. I would highly recommend. We love this hotel for many reasons: location is perfect, the warmth and kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the size of the rooms and bathroom, wonderful extra touches, fantastic restaurant. It is the embodiment of old world, elegant charm.

Red roses,champagne,duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

Excellent stay, first time in a Harry's hotel, will certainly use again

Perfect location as the hotel is just on the edge of the town, fantastic setting and the view from the hotel is amazing! Modern and tastefully decorated, rooms were surgically clean! Breakfast was unbelievably good, HUGE range of continental style breakfast and fresh pastries. Would not hesitate to stay here again with friendly staff it made our trip - absolutely fantastic stay!
