"This was my second stay at this lovely hotel. Its proximity to Crystal Bridges Museum and the town square, its access to the hiking and biking trails are excellent. The hotel itself is fabulous -- great art galleries with rotating collections, wonderfully appointed rooms, an outstanding restaurant, good bar...and the PENGUINS! It has it all!"

"I appreciate the "extra" touches a hotel makes for their guests feel welcome, but the flower on the toilet paper is disgusting and unnecessary. I used the restroom within the first hour of arriving. The decorative toilet paper flower on the roll had to be removed, only to find a wet spot where it had been affixed to the roll. As a female, the idea of using damp toilet paper (especially from an unknown source) was one of the most disgusting things ever. "

"The place was beautiful peaceful bed was comfy and plenty of options the breakfast could of been better the lady that was preparing or managing it could of been quite a bit more polite then she was and used her customer service manners !! "
