Absolutely horrible, felt like a waste of money so I didn’t go back for check in at 3 even though it was listed at 2pm. Went with somewhere else.
The only decent thing was that it was clean. Broken doors, broken remote, broken lamp, was frightening pulling in with people that seemed to be just hanging out. Maybe they lived there in a room. All kinds of what appeared to be junk all around run down buildings.
This place was like a scene out of The Walking Dead. My room smelled like a stripper pole, and when I woke up in the morning, I could barely breathe. Do not stay at this hell hole the windows wouldn’t open and there was garbage all around the property.
Dirty, electrical outlets hazard, Fly strips hanging in room. Cigarette burns in comforter. Don’t know how an inspector could allow them to remain in business. Didn’t get the room reserved
Website says three dogs are allowed and service dogs are welcomed free. Was traveling with one other person and three registered service animals and was denied service due to animals. Volunteered to pay fee for one since it's my daughter's dog and she wasn't with me but was denied service unless I showed by dogs registrations. I explained what the dogs do for us and why but refused to show registration since they can't legally ask for it. We were still denied
There's a reason it shows up as the least expensive motel in the area. The long term residents at the motel add to the ambience of the late night arguing. Apparently the room on my left was mad at the room in my right.
Fortunately the room had 2 beds with an extra set of blankets since the heater thermostat must have been there for decorative purposes only.
And folks in Southern Vermont must like wet hair since the provided, wall-mounted hair dryer did not reach the wall outlet - assuming that you wanted to plug it in.
The plastic sheets on the matress was an interesting feature. Not sure why, unless they help keep any potential bugs away.
Stay if you must, but you're forewarned not to have high expectations.
The staff shouted at paying costumers. The room had no heat or hot water in December. The place was filthy. It’s unbelievable they can get away with not even providing heat in winter for days at a time.

Not a 24 hour front desk as shown on listing. Staff finally opened door after half hour. Then couldn’t find key, or room available. If you want cheap digs and arrive during the day you will probably be fine though. Just don’t show up after midnight.
I cannot name even one thing I liked about this place but, I can give many reasons why I did not. It was late when I arrived or I would not have even stayed one night. I tried to call the "front desk" and there was no answer. I wanted to ask for another room but could not get anyone to talk to. The bed, though I do think it was clean, was lop sided. I had to push myself up against the backside and use pillows to not fall out of the bed. I had reserved one queen bed and was in a room with two. I tried to call the front with the phone on the nightstand but it didn't work and had to use my cell. I looked to see if it was unplugged and pulled the night stand out. I pushed it back quickly afraid of what may be there. I took pictures of the place to show my credit card company if there is a battle. When I went to the office the next morning at 8:00 AM the same woman came to the door in her nightgown. When I asked why she didn't call me back she said she didn't get a call and that it was off duty. I asked if she had another room and she did not. I then said I was leaving and I want the money back for the room, that it was nasty and the bed nearly put me on the floor. The woman assured me that she would take care of it. I called the next evening to ask about the money and she said she had been too busy, that she would take care of it soon. I called on Monday and again there is no answer. This place and the service is disgusting and should never be allowed to be rented out.
The hotel was for homeless people they said they had no reservations for us because of COVID the homeless were staying there. The person at the desk sounded like she was drunk and she was very rude. We had to drive hour and half to find somewhere else to stay.
I want my money back

Para el precio que pague está bien, mi cuarto y baño estaban limpios y todo estaba bien , pero el cuarto de mi hijo , no estaba tan limpio , la reservación fue a última hora , quizás por eso fue!
Very run down old motel. The only new tning was the tv. Mattresses old and squeaky. Windows didn't open. Lamp had no switch, shade old and cracked. Found bugs in bed. Wouldn't sleep there. Left at midnight and drove home. Am getting money back.
We had to get off the road because of flash flooding. The best thing I can say is the room was big. The bedspread was dirty, the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time,(see picture), looked like someone tried to break into the front window, the lampshades were torn up, the mattresses sunk in the middle, wow, at least we got to safety.
Not a bad place for a night stay. Wouldnt spend more than a night here. Great spot to stop in just to sleep passing threw. Not the hilton but served its purpose. Office staff very friendly

Reasonable priced. You can’t complain when the price is lower than most around. So you get what you paid for.
I've stayed at some inexpensive two-star hotels over the years and am perfectly happy with no amenities as long as it meets basic cleanliness standards.
This was by far the most disgusting motel I've ever encountered in my life. After checking in at the front desk, we were greeted by someone sitting outside one of the rooms who asked what room we had checked into. When I told them, their response was "Oh good, because the rooms on either side of that one have bed bugs."
I would have normally turned around and left at that point, but I was attending a concert in the area and this was the only motel with availability. I was tight for time so I rushed to the concert.
Upon returning to the room at midnight after the concert, I did a closer inspection of the room. It was shocking. There were 3 lamps in the room. One worked - the other two were falling apart. The whole room smelled a bit like mildew. Knowing the other rooms had bedbugs, I stripped both beds. The sheets clearly hadn't been laundered since the previous guests. They were covered with pubic hairs.
The pillows were so thin that even if I had stacked all 4 in the room on top of one another, it still wouldn't have been the equivalent of a typical pillow.
The real kicker was the bathroom. The shower was so dirty that I wouldn't have stepped into it even if I were wearing shoes.
The AC unit appeared to be new and kept the room cool.
I ended up driving 3 hours home at midnight instead of sleeping here.
