I stayed at the hotel for 3 days, the service was very good from the reception, the boy who was there overnight was very friendly, Nancy from housekeeping helped me with what I needed and was always very attentive - The breakfast was incredible, Marcela who served there was very attentive and friendly at all times, we didn't know how to use the waffle maker and she helped us - breakfast was the best part of the entire hotel - good service in general

Staff was very accommodating and opened the kitchen a few minutes early so we could grab breakfast before early departure. The alarm clock was easy to program and not too bright to interfere with sleep. All the supplies were neat and orderly which made it very welcoming.

Pretty good
The bed was comfortable, room pretty clean but weirdly designed. Toilet paper was placed so far back from the toilet you need a grabber! It was fine for a night.

We really enjoyed our stay. From the minute we checked in the desk clerk was fantastic. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was exceptional for the price. Very new and in great shape. My only complaint was the breakfast. By the time we got down to eat 7:30 am, there was no fruit of any kind. No biscuits, only gravy and none of this was replenished the entire time we ate. I would give it a “D-“ for grade and service for breakfast. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.
