"Bella Vista was a pleasant surprise. The staff are great, warm and welcoming. The breakfast options were some of the best food I had while on vacation. It was comfortable, clean and close to bus stop. Great Restaurants within walking distance. I hope to return!"

The property know this but failed to communicate it to allow travellers to make a decision as to whether they still want to stay. I saw on a review site that it might be empty so I asked the company directly, they did not reply until it was too late for us to cancel for free. We did not stay there as this would not have been the relaxing break we had planned. The company took my money...
