"Not used this trip (March 2026) but did last August. Outdoor pool and attached whirlpool is not heated, so both were 'refreshing' but still nice. Indoor spa has a fantastic range of hot pools and facilities - but has to be paid for and gets booked up quickly. "

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was truly a fantastic experience, and we would definitely revisit!"

"Breakfast was beautiful with so much choice. We used the spa circuit which was great. Pool area fabulous. We had a wonderful dinner in the Asian fusion restaurant and the staff were wonderful"

"Staff were very very nice and nothing was too much trouble. Room was ok, shower and toilet doors were a bit of a bad design (all glass and runners not very good) Good was acceptable for what we paid and was fair amount of choice, no gluten free bread or cakes. Limited desserts. None of the above was a problem I'm just being honest and would stay again if on similar budget. "

"Lovely room, very clean with a nice view over the salt lake. It was very quiet considering the number of people staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and hardworking. The food was adequate, it could have been warmer but there was a microwave provided. It would have been nice to have a little more variety. However, for the price paid it was excellent value for money."
