"The room was spotless and breakfast was very good. Hotel has a cute “north woods” feel. Our only complaint was that no attempt was made to shovel the sidewalk or carport. Parking lot also was very slippery!"

It was very clean and everything looked pretty new and well-maintained. My only problem was our neighbors above us were stomping around and extremely loud. I'm not the kind of person to complain, but it was closing in on midnight, and we had to be up early to continue our drive. I called the front desk, and Jeanne working the front desk was very kind and responsive and took care of the situation for us. "
