"Hotel nice and clean "

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were occasional power outages but there is a generator on the premises to fill in, and the internet service was good as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the Chinese food in the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Benin City."

"Close proximity to lots of things. Good food, supervisor (Ohio) was super helpful with lots of needs especially when they didn't have my reservation on their system. I had to go through a lot of hassle trying to clear that. I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, and breakfast was included in my booking but they refused to give me breakfast for one week. "Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience "

"It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism."

"I booked this hotel before my trip, but when I arrived, they had no info about my booking. Hotels.com did not pass my booking info to the hotel so the hotel didn't have anything for me. They did show me some rooms that's why I'm able to rate the hotel based on what I saw"
