Nice hotel. Could do with being modernised especially the bedrooms. Pool areas looks nice and lots of pools to choose from.

Hotel space is lovely, however large groups of Spanish arrive at the weekends with 30+ children in the same group. Roof top pool only open in July and August, the noise and the way the pool area was taken over ruined the stay

Benidorm Trip Mid May

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, Maid staff also very helpful and flexible with room cleans, good selection of pools although rooftop pool was closed so never got a chance to see roof area, Breakfast was probably the best I've had for a larger hotel Good bus links right outside front of hotel for cheap travels into central Benidorm or Altea. Only negative comment i could provide is the air conditioning unit on the roof is very noisy and lasts fir approx 10mins everytime it switches on, apart from that I would definitely stay here again and probably will, alot of more expensive hotels come no where close to this one.

+ good price + good breakfast +nice playground for kids +nice poolarea - beds are very firm, like sleeping on the floor -we are here in January and the rooms were extremely hot. Hard to time sleep even with no clothes on -they sit not open the pool/game room until 10:00 and the playground at 11:00 so there was nothing to do with the kids in the morning

Hotel fantástico, no nosso caso com 2 filhos foi um descanso pk tem muitos divertimentos para os miudos. A unica coisa que podia ser um bocadinho melhor é a parte do restaurante, que mesmo assim nao foi má. No geral adoramos a experiencia.

Me ha faltado a título personal más profesionalidad en el personal del restaurante. La atención en especial de una camarera, dejaba mucho que desear…no me trasmiten ni ilusión ni motivación por el trabajo que desempeñan. Por otro lado, en el Spa, en el departamento de tratamientos de belleza y masajes, la chica que me atendió fue todo lo contrario. Profesional, eficiente, eficaz y muy motivada. Si no recuerdo mal, se llama Lidia. Gracias por tu trato!
