Hotel in a very nice area not to far from shops and nightlife, most of the guests that were staying are Spanish but they had no problem with us brits staying there, would stay there again
Cannot understand previous bad and derogatory comments. Could not fault this hotel and it was obvious management had acted on previous suggested improvements eg do not disturb cards for in the door. Cleanliness excellent always good choice of food and our reservation included wine/ water/,beer/soft drinks in evening . Not that far a walk to main prom/beach and short cut up hill to hotel made much easier going when you know it /nice pool,Def recommend
I cannot really comment on the facilities, I only used the hotel for sleeping.
The room was spacious and clean, the location is about a five minute walk from the old town and about 10 minutes from the main shopping area.
The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of town which is not built up too much.
It seemed to me that most of the clientele were Spanish, so I guess it's in the part of town that the Spanish visit, rather than predominantly English.

Very average
Advised I had a balcony view of the pool. I had a view of a wall. Photo starched. The sock perched on the old chair on the balcony was a nice touch. Cleaners clearly never looked on changeover. Shower very dark and worn. Bed comfortable enough. Pool okay. Surrounding area is bleak. One male receptionist pleasant. The female less so.

A bit out the way for me when I come again
Hotel was clean and rooms could not fault. The hotel is situated on a hill so it's a bit of climb walking back from the beach but that didn't bother us. There was plenty of restaurants and bars a short walk away including the beach and we would walk into the new town every day and night which is about a 20 minute walk. Overall as long as you don't mind walking this hotel is ideal for the money.
Toller Service , freundliches , hilfsbereites Personal , grosse Auswahl an Mahlzeiten bzw. reichhaltiges Buffet , sehr gutes Essen , gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis , sehr empfehlenswert .

More than expected?
Never been to Benidorm before, heard all the stories, was invited there as part of a friends birthday bash.
I didn't expect to be wowed by the hotel and I wasn't, however, my room and the rest of the public areas were clean, breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Its a 3*, I think that's fair. The hotel isn't new and appearance wise the exterior had a bit of flaking paint (...but only a bit), everything that needed to work did work e.g. shower, tv, lights.
All in all, no complaints.
I'm pleased to say I got what I paid for, and if I'm being scrupulously honest, probably a little more.
Would I recommend it to a friend? it depends what they're looking for?
Some of them yes, some of them no.
This was a long weekend break, extremely busy hotel, mostly Spanish holiday makers, good selection & choice of food in the buffet restaurant. only a short walk into Old Town Benidorm, room was comfortable, only real complaint
was the TV, only 2/3 uk channels, & BBC1 had a lot of interference.

Would go back to this hotel felt very welcome very clean lovely breskfast

Cheap 3* hotel. It is what it is
Hotel was booked for a cheap weekend break to Beni to be used as a place to sleep. I have read other reviews which slated the hotel. If you are looking for a clean hotel, located away from the craziness of Levante, but close to Poniente and Old Town this is ideal. I had read reviews from the all inclusive crowd who probably would not like it as it is a small hotel with limited facilities. We had b&b and the choice was as good as you would get anywhere.
There are a lot of Spanish holidaymakers, but this sold the hotel to me. There were no loud British families and not a chicken nugget in sight!!
There is a bit of a slope up to the hotel but a few beers took away the discomfort... my 67 year old dad who has had a hip replacement was fine
We had a great break in Beni we saw it all... from tapas bars in the Old Town to Sticky Vicky... I can be a bit of a snob but this town has it all and The Cabana was a nice base to explore from.
