Great apartment
Spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed in it, including washing machine. Nice quiet pool, had no sumbeds but just used a towel under the shaded areas. Fantastic view. Beninter office has good communication.

Perfect Family vacations
Great location, just 7 min from the beach. Amazing views from 19th flor day time and especially at night! Very clean and cozy apartment. Kitchen has everything what you may need including kitchen towels and even washing machine, and the rack to dry washed clothes. Great communication with the management by email and phone, and in person. Our kids 7 and 8 years old now love the Spain! They loved the apartment! A little prompt: if you like the beach with no stones in the water turn right toward Balcon del Mediterraneo and walk for a couple of minutes. Thank you for nice no worries vacation!

Excellent place to stay.
Fantastic time spent at Gemelos 2, asked for a high floor and got it (floor 24), lift takes a little while but views over Benidorm are fantastic. Appartment equiped with everything you need, furniture a little dated but makes no difference to the holiday. Picked keys up from a key box, code was texted to us when we arrived, collected another set with no problems the following day. Appartments are predominately Spainish but we found that nice as we were in Spain and theres lots of English people when you go out. Pool area is badic but clean, no sunbeds to hire so we bought lilos to lye on, the Spanish people use the pool morning and later in the day, so early afternoon we had our own private pool area for a couple of hours, lovely as you could see other hotels around with people packed in like sardines!! Overall very good place to stay close to nightlife and to the old town, plenty of places to eat cheap and lovely Indian Mumbi? I think and equally good chinese couple of doors down from the 24hr pizza shop. I would definitely stay here again and recommended to family and friends.

Unfortunately we had a problem with something tripping the electric we had put the hotel towels in for a wash.called the office and spoke at a brillent english speaking lady.with in ten minutes we had new towels deliverd and an engineer came next day and found out it was the boiler.it was changed that day.Absolulty fantastic service.

The property was ok, enough room, fridge washer etc. Asked for clean towels as were there 9 nights, promised for Wednesday got Thursday. Didn't get a change of bedding, very hot, no air con so felt that we should've had sheet change. Also nothing to clean bathroom sinks etc with.

Dear client, We feel what happened, normally the change of sheets and towels is done 1 time in 7 days, in case you have not received new towels, in the office we can deliver new sheets and towels. In all the apartments there is air conditioning, if it did not work you might have unplugged it from the light Regards

We were moved from the appt after two days as the bathroom was unusable. No apologies in person, just a written note. The next appt was clean and altogether better but that doesn't take away our initial feelings.

Good location,near bars & restaurants but no noise at night, clean & well equipped, comfy beds, no towel or bedding change but wasn’t a big issue as had washing machine, no sun beds at pool so bought couple of cheap, would stay again

The yard was not good for kids they where banned to have drinks in theback yard and stuff to play with in the swimming pool and the kids swimming pool was closed all the time

Great value for money, great and quietish local
Great apartment for the price. Including an oven and washing machine. Basic but as I said basic price. Great value for money. Didn’t find out till the last day you need to hire sunbeds for the pool at the main office. Also Wifi and wired internet available. As we were late arriving we had to pick up keys from la Marina just round the corner but no problem with that as the staff there very helpful. Also an option of a late checkout if your on late flight home. Highly recommend if your on s budget and need to be central Only downfall no cleaning service to change towels etc but I’m sure if you ask at the office they will oblige.

No frills Benidorm holidaying
Overall, for the price you really can't complain, however we had some difficulty with checking in, as they state that you can only check in from 4pm... turns out this is when the main office opens again from their 'siesta'. They also do not make it clear on the listing where exactly the office is in relation to the apartment complex. Fortunately the folks at the Marina hotel could help.

We have stayed at Gemelos 2 quite a few times now , they are very basic , but great value for money and we and the family love it there , but this time our holiday was ruined as the pool had been emptied and no alternative was given to us to be moved or use a different pool , being as our grandkids are 7 & 10 all they want to do all day is play in the pool !!!! There was no notice on your site that the pool would be closed or we would of changed our digs ... very unhappy and very disappointed !!!! ANGRY

disappointing and very bad service from all
very disappointing from the state of inside to the customer service from the apartments management and hotels.com. states you pay on arrival yet i kept getting messages days before saying please ring urgently about your method of payment otherwise are booking would be cancelled. when i tries ringing noone was replying. contacted hotels.com who twice said they would get in touch with the hotel but twice left us wondering if we would even have anywhere to stay. we arrived on the day after no contact from either party.

Die Residenz liegt nicht sehr weit von der Seepromenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Lage ist aber sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und nett möbliert.

El Que habíamos contratado estaba completo, y nos dieron en otro más nuevo, está muy bien situado, con parking gratuito, por poner una pega el wifi no es gratis y no solo eso sino que vale 22€ al día excesivo
