"The hotel is in an amazing location and has an outstanding view, especially after the abundant rain this year in Morocco which filled up the lake! The place is really beautiful. For the rest...the hotel is a bit dated in places. The first room we were given was very dark, had tiny windows and a "view" on some rocks - which they described as mountain views. it was definitely more a no view whatsoever. The shower pressure in this room was terrible and the temperature of the water oscilated between freezing and boiling... We paid a bit extra to change to a lake view room, it was worth it as we had a balcony, air and light in the room. the shower was slightly better but the temperature kept changing too. The food at the restaurant was overpriced and not great, we ordered a steak sandwich which had mainly fat and no taste. The breakfast was also disappointing, quite low quality, not replenished fast enought, the omellette made to order was bland and very greasy... In summary, we loved the experince for the location and the view but the other aspects of this hotel have a lot of room for improvement."
