The rooms and overall look of the Hotel was very nice. The staff were wonderful as well. The only downfall was there completely breakfast. It was unremarkable and very empty/limited.

The Studio room was perfect, had a nice kitchen area by the front door equipped with its own dish soap to clean up the dishes on the rack for your convenience, a big enough fridge rather than a small mini fridge and a comfy workspace for laptops. Had a zoom meeting and the participants had complimented the room design and couldn’t tell if it was a hotel or a home. The bed is cozy and clean, didn’t have excessive pillows. Bathroom was nice, though I did see some bathrooms have hose like shower heads while my room had a static shower head which made it difficult to rinse the shower clean and to rinse yourself. The hot water almost heated up instantly so there was no need to wait for the water to heat up before jumping right into the shower. The breakfast was very good, maybe have another selection of eggs by themselves rather than it being mixed with cheese. But the place itself was very nice, lobby was toasty warm on a cold snowy day and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. I would book my stay back here again the next time I come visit Bend, great price for great service

Stay was amazing! Hotel was very clean and breakfast was actually really good! The only thing I did not like was the fact that I paid for my room before my stay and they still tried to charge me again when I got there resulting in an extra $300 charge that I wasn’t able to get refunded till 3 days after my trip! And that was only when I finally called hotels.com and they talked to the hotel to get me my refund lol

Great location and very clean. They don't have a hot tub, which seemed odd for a newer hotel.

I was highly disappointed when i checked in. There is a reason yoy reserve a certain room for different reasons. When i went to check in, the room i was expecting was given away and the only reason i was given, was apparently we overbooked. I felt like i was in the Seinfeld episode of the rental car. Yoy know how to take the reservation, yoy just dont know how to hold the reservation. I was not offered any compensation for this and it was very discouraging

Either there was a leak inside of the fridge or the previous guest had spilled water on the top shelf and it was not cleaned up. The door to the bathroom was very difficult to slide open and close The front door needed to be pushed open and closed with force. I’m not sure if all the doors were like this or just ours

Shirley thank you for bringing these items to our attention. What we have experienced with our refrigerator is when a previous guest places the freezers on max and our inspectors adjusts them back to the mid setting they have a tendency to defrost leaking down onto the upper shelf in the refrigerator. I will reference what room that you had stayed in and have our maintenance engineer check on both (door and refrigerator). Once again, thank you for the feedback and I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Great stay! Very comfy, totally set up for a family. Great smelling shampoo and body wash. Breakfast was delicious. Only downside was lack of hot tub.

No toilet paper in the room! AC was very loud and ran all night. Even when it was off a fan keep going. The noise from the upstairs room was very noticeable. The sound proofing was minimal at best. You could hear people just walking across the room.

This is a brand new property about 15 minutes from downtown Bend. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Large enough for a family and very comfortable. My wife loved the indoor salt water pool on the property as well.
