"Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. "The hotel was absolutely sparkling, very high end modern decor, staff were very helpful really friendly, we got lunch while we waited check in time, the restaurant is again super clean and tidy, excellent staff we were very well looked after, the food was very good and very reasonably priced. "The hotel is very good but not the best value for your money. For example the A/C needs servicing as it was super noisy, rendering it useless. Could not open the windows because of the noise of the other A/C units. Other than that no problems, good service, perfect breakfast, very tasty dinner with excellent service."
