A nr perfect hotel. Lots of friendly staff which would always make the effort. Roof top pool is a nice touch and free take away drinks from the hotel lobby was an unexpected nice touch. Location is ideal nr local metro station and all the main shopping areas. Plus great for familles

Wonderful hotel. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. They kindly allowed me to check in early and even got a late check out. The room was beautifully decorated. Comfy bed. Great location too. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, had a great stay here would recommend and will look out for it in future!

We had a great stay, room and amenities are really nice, location is perfect to visit Ho Chi Minh, I would recommend

Amazing hotel, would stay again.

Clean, modern and well located. A great place to stay on a business trip

Our stay here was perfect and I would thoroughly recommend it as your base when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Emily and the team were wonderful - anything you could possibly need, they were always on hand and consistently went above and beyond. We were in the rainy season so never stayed by the pool all day, also off sightseeing. The only criticism is the room smelt a bit, the rest of the hotel has piped scent...

Beautiful new hotel, well-equipped room, and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond during my stay. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic location. Excellent rooms

Very clean, great and thoughtful service during our stay.

We had a fabulous room, number 317, with a terrace and direct access to swimming pool. We paid extra for this room but it was well worth it. We were involved in a robbery whilst in the city. The hotel were great. They took us to the police station with a translator so we could complete all necessary forms. We ate in both restaurants and enjoyed all food sampled. Service was great, staff lovely.

We stayed at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon Residences for 3 nights. It is located within the same plaza building as their hotel tower that most taxi drivers from the airport would probably take you to (as ours did) ... but reception staff personally escorted us over to their residence tower which took less than 60 seconds to get to through the small plaza. The residence tower has very generous spacious suites with stylish chic contemporary interior design. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...
