"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "We had booked 2 apartments for 2 famies of 8 people and arrived really early due to the way our train was scheduled - check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived 9:30 am, seeing how tired we were and given our apartments aren't ready (people need to check out before they can prepare the apartments for us) the two ladies at the reception ikram and iftisum - arranged for another apartment where we can rest until our apartments are ready- I just don't take this type of amazing service for granted. what an amazing service. I am a Hilton Dimond member but the 2 Hiltons are sold out so I picked this hotel , and now I want to come back in April and will only stay in this hotel - the property, amenities , service all 5 stars - just couldn't ask for more - Thank you so much - this will be my only stay place Everytime I come to Tangier (but please make sure to rent a car as taxi is bit hard to find nearby) "

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities.
