"The front desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel is right next to the airport which is convenient but you need a car if you want to go to downtown Tulsa. The hotel is isolated and yet charges for breakfast-$15 a person! The room was a nice size and the gym had a variety of equipment including TRX straps and kettlebelts. One small gripe: the bathroom had a dispenser for lotion by the sink but not soap. The hotel also did not supply bar soap, so after using the facilities, we had to get soap from the shower to wash our hands. "

"The hotel was in immaculate condition. My room was fantastic. The problem occurred when the person who added one day to my stay canceled the Expedia arrangement so my bill was twice what it should have been. I got it corrected, but it took three days."

"The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, but the essentials were available.
We had an issue in one room with bugs, however they moved us to a room. However the next day they called us to say they needed us to move to a third room which they had not said anything and were difficult to deal with for a mistake they made, appeared to have double booked rooms. We finally resolved and did not have to move because we were not on site, however they were not the most helpful with this issue."
