"This hotel is rated as a 4 star but it did not feel like it. The parking is tight and there is barely any parking near your room. People were smoking weed every single day and I could smell it in the hallway and outside the grounds AND cigarette smells on the beach. This was supposed to be a family friendly hotel but that alone made me want my money back. The sheets had sand in them as if they didn't wash them. The towels had stains on them. The floor was also filthy. It left my socks black. The door to the balcony didn't lock. The shower would splash water all over the floor because half of it was not enclosed in glass. The room itself was small. There are parking fee's. Overall this felt like a 2 star hotel. It was not up to my expectations. I would not recommend this to a family with kids. "

"Very spacious and clean room. Easy beach access. Wonderful pool for kids and adults of all ages. My kids did not want to get out of the pool. Great location, close to everything Would stay here again"

"Everything was ok except there being pink mold in the bathroom and the air from the A/C smelled like mildew. The elevators weren’t operating well. There was a delay of the doors opening when stopping at each floor. Sometimes you would have to press the floor number again for it to open. There were two but one wasn’t working majority if the time. "

"The room was super clean. Access to beach was so convenient and the beach was also very clean. The check in and check out process was easy. The only glitch was that in the morning I ordered a breakfast burrito and had to wait for almost half an hour for it to be ready. That service could have been faster "

"Everything was great for the most part. There were some minor concerns, but once i notified the staff they were friendly about looking into it. Housekeeping was friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was very close to the beaches. "

"Very difficult location to get in and out of. The building is dirty and not well maintained at all. One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. The one positive: the staff. The staff was very good, doing the best they can with a sub-standard property. I give the staff five stars."
