"Most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Honestly, this place should not even exist. "

"AC was not working in our room. Had maintenance come while I was out. They said it was fine. Had them come again while I was in. He put his hand to vent and said “I can feel it blowing”. The fan was blowing air, just not cold air. The temp was set to 60 for 6 hrs at this point. It was 72 in the room. I requested a fan and stopped trying at that point. The front desk people were very friendly and breakfast was above great. Omelette bar is awesome. Place is cool, but maintenance is questionable. "

"We had the best experience ever, all the staff were exceptional! Room was clean, breakfast was different everyday! Highly recommend! We did have a noise problem briefly and it was handled immediately! It was a great experience!"

My room was clean, of course, but the front desk team really went above and beyond to help me get through the work week. Breakfast was great too, the waffles and coffee were a perfect start to the day. I’ll be back this way later this year and will proudly book this location again! "

"Check in went smoothly and the front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible. Breakfast was excellent and the eating area was spacious and comfortable. "
